She is almost a third of a century old. My dad told me I was 2/3 of a century old on my birthday. Given that he is closing in on a century, it is appropriate.
My youngest recently became a mom and that has been all consuming as it tends to be. Baby is doing great and so is mom. I’m very proud of the mom she is turning out to be.
Of course, the first nine months of a baby’s life are the easiest for the parents. Diapers, burping, feeding, and holding cover most things. After 9-10 months, all the mental stuff comes more into play. Their personality starts coming out more and the things you are teaching them become more important.
Fortunately, she has a good head on her shoulders and will do great. And I am looking forward to the baby being a third of a century old.
